Episode 00: Preface - Part I

An Etymology of Western Reality for the Structurally Impaired

Ergo Sum is a podcast about… philosophy. Mostly.

No, ummm…

Ok. Bear with me.

I struggled a lot to write this preface.

It’s been hard to pick any one angle on something as abstract and personal as the study of philosophy. Creating a narrative around an ongoing experience is a complicated logistical challenge. Sort of an uncertainty/indeterminacy principle situation; I know where I’m at, but not where I’m going.

I’m still discovering what the podcast is. Let me try to give you a snapshot anyway.
